What went wrong


So,


if you're here you might have played CurveCity and saw that the game sucks...
I'm wrinting this for everyone to understand what went wrong what i've learned from this project.

first, the game was great little prototype. For me it could stop there and IT HAD to stop there.
But everyone love it so much that I made an update with world editing. That could be an happy ending,
but I everyone wanted the game to be more than that, everyone wanted the game to be a BIG SimCity game...

At first the idea seems awesome but I quickly saw that it wasn't working and this is when it went wrong.
I kept working on something that didn't work

The game wasn't made to be a SimCity but I forced myself to make it this way.

This is why we end up with a tired gamedev' and a bad game... Now I learned more about big projects, feedbacks but also
myself, what he's my real gamedev style !


So see yall' for another game and more
but better ones I promise !

Hey! You should not belittle yourself like that. The project is really interesting. The premise, the design, and lots of little ideas are original, and I have played loooots of jam games... Not all projects are meant to become more, at least in their original shape, and sometimes we can only realize by trying in the first place. Good luck for future projects ;)
